V1 gives an individual coach a workspace for student records, lesson scheduling and attendance, manual payment tracking, homework records, coaching notes and basic progress observations. It is a free beta, so the experience will continue to be refined.

Use Request Beta Access to reach our contact page, then submit the form with your name, email and coaching setup. Requests are reviewed individually; sending a request does not automatically create an account or grant access.

Access is free during the beta. No paid subscription is offered in this version. Future pricing and availability have not been announced.

No. You collect payments separately and record the amounts and payment method here, such as GCash, Maya, cash or bank transfer. You can record a receipt number, but the app does not issue receipts or invoices.

You save the assignment, instructions, due date, external links and feedback in your coach account. You also update its status, including when work has been submitted or reviewed. Send instructions and receive work through your usual communication channel; the app does not deliver homework or receive student submissions.

V1 has no student or parent portal. Student information, homework and notes are managed from the coach account. A note marked with the Shared label is not automatically sent or made visible to a student or parent.

V1 is for an individual coach managing their own students. Coaches who teach at a school or club can use an individual workspace, but shared workspaces, staff roles and collaboration between coaches are not included.

No. V1 provides a lesson schedule list, not a calendar integration or reminder service. Ratings and progress observations are entered manually. Chess engines, game analysis and automated progress reports are not included.

Yes. Homework records can include links to external videos, documents, puzzles and games. The beta does not include a separate training library, video hosting or structured course programs.
